Landing Quietly

Once the setups are behind you, the actual infiltration starts at night. Fly in with the stolen chopper and set it down on the roof helipad. That first bonus is tied to staying unseen, so do not make a scene. Get to the service entrance, work through the circuit board hack, and open the door without drawing attention. It is the sort of section where players often rush too hard and get spotted for no good reason.

Inside the Penthouse

After you reach the utility space, plant the EMP charges on the high-voltage panels and trigger them. The blackout is the whole point. Cameras go down, the guards lose their edge, and you can move with night vision on without staring down a bright hallway like a target. Then comes the part that catches people out. Find the signal, track it properly, and flip the hidden switch inside the 60-second window. That opens the hidden room, and from there you just keep the pace steady. Crack the fingerprint terminal, empty every cabinet, and only then take the Ornamental Egg. The payoff is better when you resist the urge to grab the main target first, especially if you are aiming for the extra bonus and the final cut of GTA 5 Online Money.
